Unorthodox provides social media workflow tools and services, including media management, AI-assisted content generation, scheduling, analytics, and publishing integrations.

You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep account and billing details current.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive conduct.

You are responsible for ensuring your content, media, and publishing activities comply with applicable law and platform rules (including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube policies).

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant Unorthodox a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content to provide the service.

Unorthodox and its branding, software, and materials remain our property unless otherwise stated.

Service functionality may rely on third-party providers and APIs. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, or removed access.

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to your selected plan terms. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unorthodox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
